Rareori ma topesc, dar femeile astea doua m-au facut sa uit cm trece timpul ascultandu-le.
Si da, ea este chiar , un om cu o inima mare si de o frumusete precum ii este chipul si glasul. 💚
Ce sa va mai zic?! Ascultati si voi si lasati-va atinsi. Pentru ca e o discutie atat de sincera, de simpla, fara nimic comercial, fara nimic din acel polish nelipsit astazi.

Acum ceva ani, sa tot fie vreo 10, visam sa traiesc in Londra. Ceva imi spunea ca acolo posibilitatile sunt nelimitate. Si chiar sunt.
Apoi, ceva ani mai tarziu, am descarcat bagaje, copil, pisica si vise in Bucuresti. Eram sigura ca aici vor fi posibilitati nelimitate. Si chiar au fost.
Astazi scriu de la sat, de . Cred ca suntem mai putini locuitori decat in ultimul cartier in care am locuit. Sunt sigura ca aici voi gasi posibilitati nelimitate.
Concluzia: posibilitatile le construim noi. Si oriunde am fi, noi suntem cei care le consideram si gasim nelimitate.

Din când în când, atunci când spirala gândurilor pare să capete amploare și nici o metodă clasică de relaxare nu mai dă rezultate, încearcă să ...colorezi o mandala. Nu râde. Încearcă.După 3 zile de "lucru", mandala mea încă nu este gata. M-am aplecat asupra ei cu atenție și am ascultat fiecare lucru pe care mi l-a transmis cu inima și mintea deschise....

Coming to Your Senses Widening the senses allows us to experience ourselves and the world around us with a fresh perspective.

It’s comforting to have certainty about what comes next. But sometimes …we don’t. And in those moments we’re only left with the possibility of showing up as our best version. Especially when it’s hard.

It’s so quiet now. The whole world seems to be asleep. I was thinking about the people around me and the lessons they teach me every day.

Most of the time, I have the right words and use them wisely. But there are times when lessons are unraveled to me as if the questions I’ve always asked were gathered somewhere, and the answers come to me, in time when I am ready to get them.

I turned pages not knowing if the path will be easier or better, I took the hard ways and I always tried to leave a mark. But there are times when I get marked in such amazing ways that it leaves me with a sense of astonishment.

I was in awe in front of Mother Nature for so many times, forgetting that people are a part of it too. And when I least expect it, the proof of us, humans, being kind, strikes me as one hell of a surprise.

Today is a good day to be happy. This life is a good life to be grateful for.

3 days, 2 races. I am still in awe. Oh, man! What an adventure.

I've always thought that people around us may lift us up or...not. 

But i see that the ones around me give me wings.
So this makes me an angel, isn't it?!🧚‍♀️

Also, this is an annoucement too: this week is gonna be about a new crazy idea- 3 Summits- 18 hours, hopefully. 3 tops of the mountains. 3 man and me. This is gonna be the hell of a ride! Am I ready? Not sure. But my heart is! 💚
