Adorned in vibrant purple hues, our Budou Ebi from Hokkaido resemble a plump ripe grape.

A deep sea shrimp found only at depths of 200 to 300 meters, it’s relatively difficult to fish for.
This resulting rarity makes it a highly prized shrimp.

The Budou Ebi’s firm, succulent texture and rich sweetness is an excellent choice for both grilling and sashimi.

We have managed to secure at auction, a small quantity of Daisen Murasaki Uni.

Widely considered as the #1 uni label, its rarity is due to Daisen being famous for only selecting uni that meets their exacting standards, in terms of taste, specifically in three criteria:

-Taste after reaching the mouth
-Aftertaste
