Skin health is like our heart beat of sorts.. it requires regular care, exercise , conditioning for optimal function. Yup it’s a bit like going to the gym - but with a touch of zen and finesse, because our skin though tough and resilient, has its fragile side too. My definition of beauty is one where you are most comfortable in your own natural way. Ageing brings about skin changes and that’s normal , biological. What we strive to do is to help you walk this lifelong journey - it’s not always a sharper nose, or flawless wrinkle-free skin; it’s sometimes simple maintenance of a soft facial feature or a clearer, refreshed skin. In my practice, it’s all about you, what concerns you, what affects you. Not what’s the latest or most trendy. Whatever we do for you, it will be relatable & relevant: for your mental wellbeing and overall health. Remember : a healthy mind goes a long way in happiness and contentment. 💕 We exist to bring inner joy to everyone we meet. 🫶

Pigmentation and blemishes are one of the most common reasons why patients seek treatment. We understand it’s not easy : strict sunscreen usage, avoidance of sun, frequency of treatments, complex diagnosis, hormonal and genetic influences etc.

Some patients tell me they can’t avoid the sun because they have to bring their kids out for sports activities. Some share their busy travel schedules for work, which affects their ability to come for regular sessions. Some cannot afford any downtime. Tackling these issues drives me a lot - how do I find a sweet spot for every patient so they can achieve a good outcome. Much of medicine also lies in philosophies and mindfulness; if we put our mind into something, we have a decent chance of achieving good results.
