The Total body surface area affected can be estimated using chart developed by lund and browder.
1. Age 0-1
*. Half head 9.5%
*. Half one thight 2.1/4 %
*. Half one leg 2.5%

2. age 1-4
*. Half head 8.5%
*. Half one thight 3.1/4 %
*. half one leg 2.5%

3. Age 5-9
*. Half head 6.5%
*. Half one thight 4%
*. Half one leg 2.5%

4. Age 10-14
*. Half head 5.5%
*. Half one thight 4.5%

An injury 5% , the child must be assessed prederably at a specialized pediatric burn care hospital and admission may be comsidered.
An injury > 10% of the TBSA is classed as major and will requare fluid resusitation whith in specialized pediatric burn care hospital.

Edema is the increased fluid in the interstial tissue space or it is a fluid accumulation in the body cavities in excessive amount

It is classified two main category:
1. Generalized edema
2. Localised esema

Depending on the site fluid accmulation in body cavities can de variosly designed as following:

1. Hydrothorax: is fluid accumulation of in pleural cavity as pathologic amount
2. Hydropericardium: is fluid accumulation in pericardiul cavity in pathologic amount
3. Hydro peritonium: is fluid accumulationbin peritonium cavity as pathologic amount

Ancsarca: is a sever and generalized edema of the body with profound subcutaneous swelling

Clssic clinical feature assiciated with active pulmonary TB are as follows

8. Fatigue

Symptoms of skeletal Tb:

1. Back pain
2. Lower extrimity paralysis
3. Tuberculous arthritis ususaly involvin one joint

Symptoms of genito urinary TB
1. Flank pain
2. Dysurea
3. Frequent urination
4. In men pain full scrotal mass, prostitis, epididymitis
