Summer vegetable season is getting into full swing, and we are loving these tomatoes that are starting to come in from all of our farmer friends here in Asheville!
Summer is here and so is the bounty of our local farms. For 45 years we’ve been committed to sourcing local and supporting our local growers and artisans. Community is what matters most and we think you can taste the difference! Join us tonight for a farm fresh dinner!

We are feeling the sunshine today 🌞 And also this delicious Smoked Pate with local carrot and radish, chili, herbs, and yuzu tobikko!! 🐟🔥
Sunburst has been on our menu since day one and they supply us with the freshest and most sustainable rainbow trout. We love to cook it whole or as a fillet, but we also love to hot smoke it over our .1974 wood fired grill! The wood smoke turns this delicate and delicious fish into a wonderful small plate to share around the table! 🍴
