Summer vegetable season is getting into full swing, and we are loving these tomatoes that are starting to come in from all of our farmer friends here in Asheville!

Summer is here and so is the bounty of our local farms. For 45 years we’ve been committed to sourcing local and supporting our local growers and artisans. Community is what matters most and we think you can taste the difference! Join us tonight for a farm fresh dinner!

Spring Season is still in full effect here in the mountains of Western NC, and we’re loving all of the fresh fruit and veggies from our local farmers! Check out our new Spring Menu and taste the peak of the season before Summer gets here!

We’ve learned that as much as we strive to connect our community with sustainable, local farms that it’s equally important to ensure that our choices for fresh, delicious, and sustainable seafood are at the forefront of what we put on the plate for our guests.

2) Over 40 years of Ocean Protection. Formed by a group of surfers concerned about water pollution the organization has become a force for coastal and ocean protection worldwide. 🏄‍♀️

3) A team of chefs, NGOs & industry partners advocating for a science-based & sustainable approach to offshore aquaculture in the U.S. 🎣

4) Promoting fresh, local seafood from the NC Coast to the mountains of Western North Carolina 🚤

We are feeling the sunshine today 🌞 And also this delicious Smoked Pate with local carrot and radish, chili, herbs, and yuzu tobikko!! 🐟🔥

Sunburst has been on our menu since day one and they supply us with the freshest and most sustainable rainbow trout. We love to cook it whole or as a fillet, but we also love to hot smoke it over our .1974 wood fired grill! The wood smoke turns this delicate and delicious fish into a wonderful small plate to share around the table! 🍴
