COMMITTEE ONE: BreastFest 2024 at Mother's Federal Hill Grille on Saturday, September 28
The committee is to meet monthly in person or via conference call for one hour. From August through September, the committee will meet biweekly.

COMMITTEE TWO: Tyanna Foundation 25th Anniversary Event. The event date and location are to be determined.

Committee to meet bi-weekly to monthly in-person or via conference call for 30 minutes. September through October, the committee will meet biweekly.

WNST and Pappas are serving up the very Charm City local “A Cup of Soup Or Bowl Week,” which will feature free Maryland Crab and Cream of Crab soup at five locations, all day long in exchange for listeners, viewers, supporters, and soup lovers bringing a box of canned goods or other non-perishables for the Maryland Food Bank.

Instead of her normal workout, Julie will workout-for-a-cause: Donate $10 and Julie will do 10 pushups. $20 = 20 jumping jacks. For $100 she'll do walking lunges the entire length of the gym and back!! Her pain is our gain - and Coach K will make sure she does every last one!
