3.We will create additional action steps to accomplish our smart goal in question 3 of your second snt report
4. You will state some ideas and support you've received about your smart goal on the last question of your 2nd snt report.

Who's ready to fill out their second snt report??

11/10/2022

This is gonna be a quick and simple step by step process to move you along to meeting 2 and submitting your 2nd snt report..
This is pretty much what everyone needs to do...
Grab a pen and paper.
Make a smart goal.
Think of something you want to achieve or accomplish short term or long term.
S-Specific
M-measurable
A-Actionable
R-Rewarding
T-Time specific
Your smart goal should fit each of these criteria. Then you'll make action steps you need to take to work towards that goal and each meeting is to just hold eachother accountable and talk about what we have done to start working towards that goal.

You submit a SNT report through your own portal/profile and include all the information on your paper about your smart goal and action steps. The only reason for having a group is to meet new people and discuss, learn new things and perspectives.
