Daniel's story: “A big way God has changed my life through Progression is being a part of a church. I’ve been a regular attendee of churches since childhood, but never really felt apart of one. That changed when I started serving at Progression. Service (in the worship team and college group) helped me make friends who build me up in my faith and give me opportunities to return the favor. I’ve learned that church membership is more than just showing up on Sundays, it’s also serving the body of Christ with fellow members of the body.”

We cherish the opp to minister to your family! All of our Progression kids classes are excited to serve you this Sunday.

Here's SEVEN BIG things that God did this semester at Progression:

+ We saw 96 guests because you invited.
+ We saw 20 respond to the gospel because God still SAVES.
+ We saw 16 complete Next Steps.
+ We celebrated 5 baptisms.
+ We ordained a new elder.
+ We had two people commit to seminary (starting in the Fall)
+ We had 46 people in discipleship/mentoring relationships.

God blessed us mightily this Spring.

Take a moment and thank Him for using our church for His glory and for the good of many in our city.

Taylor's Story: "Since coming to Progression almost 4 years ago, I have grown so much not only in my faith but the way I walk and live out my faith in Jesus. Progression truly is a place where the Holy Spirit dwells and the people of God commune and connect and build and live together. I have learned to be authentically me while being changed by Jesus from the inside out, giving the Holy Spirit permission to do whatever God wills to do inside of me and through me. I am still currently learning to be Holy Spirit lead and I have been seeing fruit such as just being more sensitive to Him and doing little things such as being kind even if it’s just helping someone or saying hello to a stranger and asking them how they’re doing. It all matters so much to Him and recently it has begun to matter so much more to me as well. I’m grateful."

Jana's Story: "I visited Progression during a time when I felt spiritually stagnant and needed a Godly community. Immediately I was welcomed into the church and found a small group. I love Progression because the church feels like a family. Every week I am encouraged in my faith and shown areas in my life where I can grow."

Jay's Story: "I came to faith the summer after my freshman year of college, after I’d been going to Progression for about a month and a half. I knew about God my whole life, but turmoil in high school brought me away from Him. I was brought back to Him after I started going to Progression, and God immediately started working in my life. Now that I’ve been saved for a little under two years, I can see the amazing work Christ has done in me. My anxiety used to control my life, but God has transformed my mind. I know now that the more I focus on Him, the more he makes my path straight. God has truly changed my life, and my faith has grown tremendously while being apart of Progression Church."

If you haven't, meet Owen. He is honored to serve on the elder team at Progression Church. A few things about him: he loves chic-fil-a, reading books written by dead theologians (puritans), and exploring God’s glorious creation. A pastor during his college years really kickstarted his relationship with God and he truly desires to help college students do the same.
