Just listened to a poignant podcast which was an interview with Jean Vanier, during the interview he says..."there are so many things we don't know, I just have to honor what we don't know. There are so many things I can't explain, because explanation is about headiness, we want to have it in the head. But the whole question is not to understand, but it is to be attracted to the place of pain, in order to support those who are suffering. If we try to know too much, it may cut us off from being present, and according to where I am at, and who I am, it is vital to be present..."

One of the best thing you can do for your health is avoid "fake" anything. Sugar is bad enough for us in huge quantities, fake sugar can have even more hideous effects. Likewise for "fake" flavor and fake colors. Eat as many whole, organic unprocessed foods as possible.
