What a memorable day at Women in Construction! 🛠️ Today, our ladies were introduced to tools of the trades and followed safety protocols during our Tool Familiarity Day. 🎉 They also earned their Forklift Operator card and OSHA 10 Construction certification—an amazing achievement!

We’re excited to officially welcome them to the sisterhood. 💪 As graduates, they’ll benefit from our Career Assistance program, which provides tools, gear, clothes, and more when they land a job or pursue further training. We’re here to support every step of their journey!
