In observance of Memorial Day, our studio will be closed today (the 25th) and Monday the 27th. Classes will resume Wednesday the 29th! Have A Safe And Blessed Memorial Weekend.

💥Exciting News..💥Starting Monday, July 10th we will be conducting Karate Classes at Barnum Park!! Classes for “all” belts will be held on Monday & Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM! 🥋

Sensei Mr. Pat & Mr. Adrian🥋🥋

You probably heard the word sensei numerous times throughout your life but are unaware of the word’s origins. The word is the combination of two Japanese words, which are sen and sei. Sen means before, and sei means life. To earn the title of sensei in Karate means that you have dedicated your life to the martial art. It’s not a title you earn after attaining a certain degree on your black belt, but by your dedication. Mr. Pat & Mr. Adrian are a great example of both hard work & dedication. 🥋🥋
