I am counting down the days to this awesome workshop! This will be the first of its kind for me personally, although I am a teacher of music on a daily basis.🎶🏫💖 This workshop will introduce the basic concepts of sound therapy. Bring your questions, inquisitive minds, open hearts, and any sound and healing instruments or tools that you possess. You will learn how to use and play sound healing instruments and delve into musical theory, and how musical concepts relate to the chakras and other healing and spiritual practices such as Reiki, hypnotherapy, yoga, and meditation. This class will be beneficial to any inquiring mind, and also for practitioners and teachers, who wish to incorporate sound therapy into their modality. Towards the end of the session, we will have a short sound healing session with everyone performing healing instruments together. There were also basic sound therapy tools for sale. This will be such a wonderful event to share knowledge, and have a communal high vibrational healing sound bath together, raising our vibrations and then sending those vibrations out into Chattanooga and beyond, which the world so desperately needs right now. SOUND BATH MEDITATION WITH AURA SOUL - IN-PERSON CLASS - Sunday April 7, 1-3pm

Jennifer Kearns of Theta Therapy and Aura Soul are teaming up for an immersive sound bath experience.

For this class session, you can receive an Aura photo from Aura Soul (choices are before/after or just after) along with a Sound Bath, OR just a Sound Bath.

This class times are broken up into multiple parts.

From 1-2pm, those who signed up for the “Sound Bath + Before/After Photo Package” will have their Aura photo taken. Please note: There are only 10 slots available for this package.

From 2-3pm, everyone will enjoy the Sound Bath. You will be led on a carefully crafted sound journey using many healing instruments and sound therapy techniques. If you do not opt into the “Sound Bath + Before/After Package”, arrive a little before 2pm to get settled in. PLEASE NOTE: Bring a yoga mat and any pillows/blankets for this class. The floor is concrete.

After 3pm, anyone who signed up for the “Sound Bath + Before/After Photo Package” or the “Sound Bath + After Photo Package” will stay to have their Aura photos taken.

Jennifer Kearns is a certified sound therapist, certified yoga instructor, certified Reiki master, certified in Level 3 Zenith color therapy, a licensed foster parent, has both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in music, 20+ years of performance experience in Broadway, classical and pop genres as well as 20+ years experience as a music educator.

About Aura Soul:

Aura Soul Photos is Chattanooga’s only aura photographer, and they love capturing the beautiful colors of your aura! They are a husband and wife team, and they offer aura portraits, chakra photos and full energy reports to customers. What is sound therapy? What does a session look (sound) like?

A private session is similar to a massage, you lay and relax on a massage table, and I use tuning forks, sound bowls, drumming, tone bars, audio tracks of binaural beats/healing frequency music to shift the energetic vibration of your energy systems. Think of a vibrational tune up. Tuning fork therapy also helps immensely with stress, and physical and emotional ailments of all kinds.

Reposting these! I made a sleep track about a year ago for a client of mine who hadn't slept well in many months. This sleep track helped her have her first good night of sleep. It has many layers of frequencies to positively affect sleep.

The 'Calm' track is similar to the track I use in my sound baths. A large healthy dose of the Earth's frequency to ground, bring a sense of safety, peace and calm as well as other healing frequencies layered in.
