How to quickly cleanse your Chakras every day and when you feel in a funk:

1. Get into your shower and take 3 deep breaths and feel your feet ground to the floor as you feel the water cleanse you.
2. Close your eyes and imagine your feet have roots like a tree and imagine your roots extending deep into the ground and you ground yourself.
3. Start with the top of your head and invision beautiful white light entering your crown and repeat out loud or in silence: I am Eternal.
4. Next go down to your third eye and envision beautiful purple light between your eyes and say: I am Divine.
5. Travel that light down to your throat and envision blue all over your throat and repeat: I am Transcendent. I speak my Truth. I am Free.
6. Travel the light to your heart and fill your heart with beautiful green light and repeat: I am Love. I can forgive.
7. Travel the light above your belly button and now fill it up with yellow light and repeat: I am Magical. I feel the truth.
8. Travel the light next to your belly button and core and see beautiful orange surrounding it and repeat: I am Creative. I manifest what I desire.
9. Guide that beautiful orange light to your root and s*x organs and see a beautiful red light surrounding your lower half and repeat: I am Powerful. I am Confident.

Take 3 more deep breaths and say last I release all negativity from me and as you turn the shower off watch the water go down the drain. Do every day as often as you'd like to boost your chakras.
