Ronald Sanchez is the student of the month! He had been a member since 2020 and had lost over 25 lbs since joining CMT. He attends class almost every day with a good attitude and great work ethic. Thank you for being a vital part of our team.

That look when coach .cmt_looksuan wins that "back to back" USA Gold medal. .....On to Greece for the World Championships!!

Win or lose, most people don't see the unique struggles fighters face before they step in the ring. What a GREAT weekend! 4 CMT FIghters in Delaware brought home 3 gold medals! Each had their own tough battles, and we couldn't be prouder of them all.
Alex and Bril repeated their gold medal wins last year and head to Greece for the IFMA World Championships.

He'll be back! took his 1st L after going 11-0 against a very tough, experienced game opponent and is already planning his return to the ring.
I feel sorry for whoever that next opponent may be!

He's been with me since the beginning and is one of my best friends. I've been lucky to see Ryot climb to become a Champin, a Pro, and fight some of the best under the bright lights of ...and yes.. we are still having fun!
