Another one bites the dust! goes out of business at the hands of corporate slime . I’ve seen this happen before with Bally. They’ll slash trainer’s pay in half and members will be left with part time, low quality trainers. Gym memberships will slowly creep up. Gym cleanliness will decline.
I will honor any X Sport memberships who join our gym. I will also accept any independent trainers looking to advance their careers. This could be your blessing in disguise!

Very proud of this team today. We went 1-1. Matt lost a very close decision that could’ve gone either way in his first fight. He showed excellent aggression and great hands. Tarik put on a clinch clinic and won via knockout in the second round. Both guys represented the team to the fullest and I couldn’t be any prouder. Always improving and always learning. Much respect to our opponents and all the other competitors who dared to be great today. Thank you to for hosting this great event. We can’t wait for the next one! 🥊

😮 Proud trainer moment…what a transformation!
I’ve been working with .marie.14 for close to ten years. She’s always been a hard worker, but the extra curriculars outside of the gym were really holding her back 🥃 🍸 🎉
Forget about the number on the scale, her consistent hard work in AND out of the gym has turned her into an extremely healthy, champion athlete. The picture on the left was me two years ago. It’s hard to even look at those photos sometimes 🫣. I weighed about 210 pounds there. I’m now down to 135.

It was a JOURNEY and weight loss is so much more than just what you eat and working out. It’s about your mental health, who you surround yourself with and most of all loving yourself.

So proud of all this girl has accomplished. She’s been a client and a good friend of mine for close to ten years. She’s lost close to 100 pounds (🤯), busts her ass at the gym nearly every day (sometimes twice a day), recently took gold in her first jiu jitsu tournament 🥋, and today she won her first Muay Thai fight 🥊. So happy for you .marie.14 and I look forward to continuing this journey with you. Our team is small, but we’re mighty as f^% # 💪🏼

Last night Anthony improved his record to 2-0. His opponent was extremely tough, and we have nothing but respect for him. Class act fighter and I have no doubt his opponent improves off of this defeat and comes back stronger.
As Anthony’s coach, training partner and friend I couldn’t be more proud of this guy. He’s disciplined, dedicated, and committed to the game plan. He trains harder than anyone in the gym. He studies training, fighting, and everything in between. Outside of fighting, he is the nicest guy in the world, but he’s an absolute dog in the ring and I love it!
The truth is, he can take this fight game as far as he wants to; the sky is the limit. I’m honored to be in his corner and excited to see where the road takes us next 🥊 🥇
Thanks again to who hosted this event. All the money from this event went to support the family of a friend and former training partner of mine who died tragically two years ago
