This is the Starting Strength novice linear progression that has helped thousands of people across the world get strong. It works every single time.
After advancing through the 3 phases of the novice linear progression, we then incorporate different lifts based on each client's needs and strength goals.

You'll often hear us talk about the Novice Linear Progression- or the LP for short. The goal of the LP is to add weight each time you lift, lifting 3 days a week with rest days in- between. During the Linear Progression, you'll train the "Big 4" lifts: squat, deadlift, overhead press, and bench.

We specialize in taking a simple instrument, the barbell, and using it to squat, press, and deadlift our way to stronger, happier, and healthier versions of ourselves.

What do we mean by happy? This isn’t, “I just saw a cute cat video on Facebook,” happy. This isn’t, “It’s Friday and I don’t have to think about my job until Monday,” happy. Building strength and overcoming fears, doubts, and uncertainty has a profound effect on your outlook on life. Your stresses become trivialities. You stand taller, you walk with confidence and you smile not because you should, but because you can’t help it.
