What: Line Dancing (yes, some country… and also some SHiNE favorite songs!)
Where: Flanagans in Dublin
When: Friday October 4 at 8pm (instructional opportunity is 7-9, full on dancing is 9-11pm)
What to know: I’ll be there! Oh and It’s $5 at the door. Wear whatever - it’s a bar with dancing on a Friday night! Comfortable shoes likely recommended 😉
Such a fun opportunity to get out, hang out with some fun people and not take ourselves too seriously as we learn something new!

🤷🏼♀️ I’m not a trained dancer. I’m not technically correct A LOT and don’t know the actual names of any dance moves. Im messy and chaotic. I forget the choreography more than I care to admit 😂
💃 But you will NOT catch anyone having more fun than I am. But I welcome you to come try because that just levels up the energy!
😍 I am living my best, favorite and dream life in EVERY class during EVERY song.

Based on the recent morning class survey, we are gonna give this a try.
After 6 weeks I will review attendance, check in with my own body 😂 and ask for feedback so we can GROW together.
Thank you always for your grace, flexibility and patience. Growth and change are hard and scary. I know schedules are tough. I know work makes week day morning classes tough. I know this won't work for all of you. But if it works for some of you, I'd love to make it happen because I really just want the world to dance.

2️⃣ Come as you are. There's no fashion show and as long as you're comfortable, you're dressed right
3️⃣ Come with a friend OR make some friends IN class. I get to hang out with the coolest, kindest, most impressive women I could ever imagine knowing. And guess what? We like you, too!
4️⃣ Hip hop? Yes. And also Latin, show choir, jazz, straight fitness... every song is a new opportunity to be a new you and connect with the music on a different level.
5️⃣ Just get weird. You can spend the rest of your life taking yourself very seriously; in class you are free to just be YOU. Have some fun, release the outcome and embrace your inner... whomever 😘

Fun fact: I'm OBSESSED with The Olympics. I get hella patriotic, emotionally invested and feel ALL the feelings. I ugly cry during medal ceremonies and find motivation and inspiration watching every competition.
I love watching people who have worked for it show UP and show OUT on the greatest stage - and to see their successes, their wins, their triumphs, failures, heart, soul, blood, sweat and tears... It's everything. It's LIFE.
Diving is my absolute favorite. I was a diver for years growing up and it takes me back to some of my favorite childhood memories.
