The Arnold Affiliate Gathering

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT.....We are cancelling the 2024 AAG.

This year has been a roller coaster in the lead up to the 2024 Arnold Sports Festival. The ASF came out with a floor layout in October with us having 9000 sq ft on the north side of the expo hall like in the past years. Then the fun started....last month after we opened registration they said they were moving us to a 60,000 sq ft building at the fairgrounds alone, OK, more room for FUN, then a week later it was a 10k building. Now they say thier is a 50/50 chance we end up back in the main expo area.

Spectator tickets this year will also be $50 a DAY!!!

All this as well as declining participation in local comps, higher costs to put on events as well as the always present issue of the CrossFit Open during The Arnold have led Dude, I and our team to decide to regroup for 2025. We hope everyone understands.

Day 1 Workouts for both the 2 Person and 3 Person events. Some barbells, some erg's, a metcon to round out a good test for day 1. Day 2 will be released on Feb 1st. That being said, expect pullups and toes to bar/rings for 2 person and moderate weights and muscle ups, handstand walks and heavier weights for 3 person!
