We are looking for workshops for our in-person conference in Corvallis, OR (April 29-30) and online (May 7-9). We have many options for opportunities to stretch and strengthen our professional practice - anywhere from 15 minute lightning rounds online, all the way to 2 hour deep dives in-person. ELSI Mentor Coach and Outreach Coordinator:
This person will work closely with other ELSI Mentor Coaches to support coaches working with early educators in DELC-funded preschool programs using the Mentor Coaching Framework and the Oregon Coaching Competencies. The successful candidate will have experience with Practice-Based Coaching and a familiarity with PSP and/or OPK programs, among other key qualifications.
