🙏🏼🇺🇸 Today I was honored and humbled to take an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of California, an oath I’ve been able to take as a lawyer and a prosecutor. Every time I say the words I am filled with pride and honor. I am an official candidate for the 🍊 Orange County Board of Supervisors, Third District.

Friends and Colleagues,
I want to thank you all for your help and support in the just concluded OCBA Board elections. Unfortunately, I did not win. The full results will be announced tomorrow, and although I do not know who won yet, I can say for certain that the OCBA is in good hands with the newly-elected Directors and officers. I had a chance to meet them during the last couple of months and know that our Bar will be well served. I hope and plan to continue to serve in some capacity, including on the Community Outreach Committee.
In that vein, please come to our OCBA/Orange County Food Bank food-packing event on Saturday, October 5. https://www.ocbar.org/Calendar/Event-Detail/sessionaltcd/COCFOODPKG100519

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I am sending this message to you to ask you to vote for Lee Fink for the OCBA Board of Directors. Lee is one of nine candidates nominated for four positions on the OCBA Board. Lee has been involved in the OCBA for several years, on the Finance Committee, the Community Outreach Committee, and a co-chair of the Pro Bono Committee. He would have been involved for a lot longer, but he spent eight years in Washington DC, and has been involved since returning home. Lee is a litigator at Greenberg Gross LLP in Costa Mesa, and has experience in senior government positions, as a litigator at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, and a Law Clerk to Judge David O. Carter in the federal district court.
Lee will make a great addition to the OCBA Board. You can see his webpage at www.LeeFink.com.
