Kids Run the OC!

A huge congrats to all our little ones in completing their Final Mile during the Hoag OC Marathon Weekend!!

We want to send a huge thank you to all the coaches, teachers, staff, and families that supported their little ones through their KROC 12 week training program. And a big thank you to for being the title sponsor and helping us make the program the best it can be!

We hope everyone had as much fun as we did working our way through “26.2 miles” through various games and activities with their coaches at their schools.

We’ll be back next year and can’t wait to see all those smiles crossing the finish line again!!!

What better way to start off the Hoag OC Marathon weekend than as a family watching these little ones accomplishing their goals, running their final mile, earning a medal, and celebrating with some fun at the finish line festival!

Here’s what each of these kids is accomplishing and celebrating today:

Over the course of the past 10-12 weeks, the kids have participated in a program to accumulate 25.2 miles towards their personal ‘marathon’ through various games and activities with the coaches at their school.

This weekend, they are running their final mile at the Hoag Kids Run the OC to complete “26.2 miles” !!!

Almost Final Mile day!!!

Over 5,700 kids from 115 schools will take over the OC Fairgrounds, run the final mile from their KROC program, and complete “26.2” miles!!!
