Hello! We are so sorry to inconvenience our patients. The office phone and fax lines have been down because Spectrum is unable to correct a problem. This has affected our answering service as well If there are any OB or gynecologic emergencies, please head to Baylor labor and delivery or the BUMC ER. One of our doctors is definitely on call! We will continue to work with our service provider

Jingle has been at it again. She welcomed Briggit back from vacation, we caught her sleeping on the job, she was stealing Melissa's coffee, and today she is sending Karina off on vacation by making a mess at her desk! 😁😁😁

Happy Medical Assistant Day to our AMAZING medical assistants Briggit, Karina, Allison, & Flor!

Please join us in welcoming Legacy's new physician Dr. Allison Green! We are honored and excited to have Dr. Green join our Legacy Family!

Our featured employee of the week is our medical assistant, Karina. She has been with our practice for over two years. She chose the medical field because she likes to show compassion towards others. She enjoys watching crime documentaries and in her spare time she likes to hit the gym and knock out some powerful work out sessions. Her favorite quote is "Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will."

This week we are featuring Allison. In her two years with our office she started out at the Front Desk and moved on to being our Medical Assistant. She chose the medical field because she loves to help others. She is a big movie fan and likes to watch movie critics talk about movies. In her spare time she likes to play video games and spend time with her sisters. Allison's own favorite quotes are "Life can go by fast, so it is always great to stop and appreciate the small details in life. Always smile and be kind to one another and just be awesome."

This week we are highlighting our Practice Manager Melissa. She has been with us over four years. Melissa chose the medical field because patients need advocates and her passion is assisting those in need of a voice to speak up for them. Her favorite hobby is reading and taking long naps. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and her fur babies. Melissa's advice to everyone is "Conquer the unknown, never fear it"

This week we are highlighting our Front Office employee Ketzya. She started with our Legacy Family this year and we are proud to have her! Ketzya states she chose the medical field because she loves helping others and "the medical field is the perfect career to express this care." Ketzya has proven this to be true when she is assisting our patients. One of her favorite hobbies is taking road trips and stopping at Buccess's. Her favorite sport is soccer and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. When I asked Ketzya what is one of her quotes she is known for she stated "Let me Google that."

She has been with us four years, started out at the front office and moved up the career ladder to Lead Medical Assistant.
Briggit states she chose the medical field because as a child she saw how her mother struggled with her appointments and understanding the doctors. Her sisters would translate and Briggit would notice how at time staff would be unfriendly. Briggit vowed to be compassionate and friendly in her career and that she is! She loves football, loves to watch her kids play soccer and football. Her favorite quote is "Treat people the same way you would want to be treated."
