This weekend our brothers visited the Reynolds Home to help spread some positivity this Easter. The families enjoyed an egg hunt as our brothers grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for everyone.

Following our Judeo-Christian principles, it’s important for ΑΚΛ to serve, especially during the Easter holiday. We’re glad we’re able to help out the community in this way.

Project Cradle Care is a collaboration between Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and the March of Dimes, Project Cradle Care Prenatal Health Program seeks to improve pregnancy outcomes in high-risk communities by increasing the number of women of childbearing age who receive adequate prenatal education and care. The program also focuses on educating moms about proper infant care and child development.

We are having our next Greek Leadership Council on March 22nd! Greek leaders, ensure that at least three members from your chapter are present on Wednesday. Don’t forget to bring updates about your chapter and all the amazing things you are doing! You all are KILLING IT! 🔥

Today, the Brothers of Sigma Tau marched in the Black History Parade here in El Paso, Texas. Our very own Basileus Bro. Dr. James Brown and Bro. Everett Lewis were interviewed by KFOX-14 News. It was great seeing the community come out and support!

This weekend, the ladies of attended their Southwest Conference! While attending, they participated in a service project. Great job everyone! 🐧🤍

At our Founder’s Celebration Dinner this year we had the opportunity to announce our the recipients of our three Chapter Awards.

Our Distinguished Alumni Award is for those who have dedicated their post collegiate lives to the future and well being of the Alpha Rho chapter: Raul Gomez, Manuel Lopez and Armando Rodriquez.

Our Outstanding Scholar Award is received by the member who is most dedicated to his academics and represents one of the highest GPAs in FSL: Brandon Johnson

The Outstanding Pledge Award goes to the new member who the most involved during his pledge semester and showed future leadership potential: Antonio Reyes.

Thank you all for an amazing year!

Posted • Hey Miners! SELC will be hosting a Miners Leadership Summit on Saturday, February 11 for a day filled with breakout sessions, a headshot lab and resume review, a keynote speaker, networking opportunities, free food and more!
The event will run from 8:30am - 4:00pm in Union Building East.

The event is free and open to all UTEP students. Space is limited!
