Miners learn around the world! Doctor of Pharmacy candidate, Crystal Barraza ’27, spent her summer studying abroad in the lush landscapes and historic cities of Ireland. We asked her about the experience, how it shaped her post-doctorate career aspirations, and if she has any recommendations for those of us hoping to set off on our own voyage to The Land of Saints and Scholars.
"Giant’s Causeway has a breathtaking view of the northern Atlantic Ocean. Nothing but ocean waves crashing against the volcanic rock formations to inspire you during the trip. The Cliffs of Moher were also very green and lush. I definitely recommend taking lots of pictures if you visit." - Crystal Barraza '27
