Are you going through stress or facing a crisis? Is someone around you facing loss?
Come join us in class as we examine stress and define resiliency during crisis, grief and loss.
Participants get to examine and employ coping strategies, stress reduction techniques as well as identify military, local and community resources to aid in reducing the effects of stress in their personal and professional lives.
Army Family Team Building (AFTB) at the Family Resiliency Center on 250 Club Rd. will be teaching “Bounce Back, Don’t Crack” on the 7th of November from 1300-1600[1PM-4PM].
