It was HOT🥵 but we still made the best of it and had a blast serving a free meal to the community!
Thank you so much to our volunteers and all of the hands involved in putting this meal together!! We had the blessing of lots of family and friends joining us this month to serve food. Blue House Corn Company brought and served the delicious corn🌽 Tony Digatono played wonderful music again🎶 and Nearly 8 Acres Farm provided the pork shoulder🥩
It takes a village and we are thankful for all of our wonderful people!!🙏🏻

✨Free meal today 8/25!✨ Community Table will be at the Sherburne County fairgrounds from 4-6pm (or while supplies last) serving up delicious pulled pork, corn on the cob, chips, coleslaw, and a cookie🍪 Music today will be provided by Trent Bergeron !
✨Shout out to Nearly 8 Acres farm for donating a portion of the pork for today's event and to TC Food Justice for organizing distribution of donated foods!

Hello! We have had a lot of new followers on this page so we figured it was time to introduce ourselves again!
We are a nonprofit that is local to the Elk River area and our mission is to feed the hungry, both physically and relationally, by providing community gatherings in which food, friendship and neighborly love will be shared by all.

Our team, alongside our amazing volunteers and sponsors, serve a free meal each month to UNITE the people of Elk River and surrounding communities. Our meals are 100% free to the public and are available to anyone and everyone. We offer dine in and drive through options at each event. We love and encourage our guests to grab extra meals to drop off to those who might not be able to make it out to an event. Besides unity in our community, another of our deepest desires is for our guests to feel seen, included, worthwhile and important.

We also partner with other organizations in the area to bring the community together, helping each other in whatever ways that there are needs.

During the Summer months (June-August) we are at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds and the rest of the year we are at the Elk River American Legion, the 4th Sunday of every month from 4pm-6pm or while supplies last. Check back to this page frequently to stay updated on news about our upcoming events!

Don't forget!!! We will be at the ELK RIVER FAIRGROUNDS this month through August! Volunteers will be working the grill and cutting up fresh watermelon just for YOU so don't forget to stop by for the perfect summer dinner!! Meals will be served from 4pm - 6pm while supplies last!!
