Under the leadership of Clinic Director, Dan Stoot, we also have partnered with the University of Denver to study the presentation, impact, and potential treatment of long-COVID. Long COVID is defined as symptoms that persist three or more months after contracting the virus. Dan and his partners at DU published their first study last month. Have you, or anyone you know ages 18-65, had COVID-19 in the last 3-9 months and still experiencing symptoms 3 months later? OR no long symptoms? ... if so, we could use your help. Participants are needed for a LONG COVID research study by University of Denver and Human Dynamics Laboratory. It's a 1.5-hour test that includes balance test, eye tracking test, and memory games. $50 compensation for participating. Send an email to [email protected] for more info or to enroll.

Over 100 million Americans were under some type of winter weather advisory yesterday. All that snow, ice, and cold makes for dangerous conditions while out and about. Use proper footwear and take smaller steps to avoid falling when walking on slippery surfaces, and go slow and leave plenty of room between you and other vehicles while driving.
