does the idea of making new friends when moving to college scare you? same!! but that is what camp is here for!! our camp experiences are designed to connect you with students who have the same interests as you, setting you up with a group of friends before classes even start!!

this past summer, we asked r.o.c.k. camp attendees why incoming freshman to the university of arkansas should attend camp and this is what we got!! should we hire them to run our camp marketing??

Join us to celebrate the accomplishments of First-Generation students with an interactive story wall, food, t-shirts, stickers, a photo booth, music, and community! You don’t want to miss it!

happy friday!!! we hope you had the best first week of class and we would LOVE to see you next week! on monday we will be having a dodgeball tournament in the hypr! gym 4 is where footsball is typically set up but ask for help if you're lost. we are asking that you fill out an rsvp so we can be prepared. it is the first link in our bio!! see you soon!

New tradition starts today at noon! You can participate from anywhere on campus!

a-week is almost over and you are about to start your freshman year of college!! ahhhh!! meet us at the union fountain tomorrow at 9am and we will walk to and explore the farmers market together! stay tuned for upcoming reunion events in the next week and don't forget we are here for you!! slide into our DMs, shoot us an email, or bop into the office if you need help with anything as you start this exciting new journey! we are here for you and know you are going to CRUSH it!!! see you in the morning 🍏 🍓 ☀️

Heads up! We’ve got a new campus tradition staying for the first day of class! At 12 noon, no matter where you are on campus, everyone should stop what they are doing and, go outside and listen to the carillon in Old Main's bell tower! The chimes will strike 12 times and then play the first verse of the Alma Mater. As the last line, "mother of mothers, we sing unto you" plays, everyone will extend their right arm with a pointed finger in the air and make circles with the syllables of the line and end with their finger pointing at Old Main.

Take Part in the New Alma Mater Tradition Monday at Noon On the first day of classes, Monday, Aug. 23, at noon, everyone should stop what they are doing and if possible, go outside and listen to the carillon in Old Main's bell tower.

set your alarms!! we are meeting up bright and early tomorrow to do some outdoor yoga!! meet us at 6:30 am on the lawn between maple hill and the poultry science building to start your day off with some yoga!! if you have a mat, bring it. if not, no worries!! sleep tight. see you in the morning 🌞

REMINDER!!! meet up event today!! come see your friends from your camp and meet students from other experiences. meet us at the stadium at 4 pm!! see you soon 😇

the post you all have been waiting for!!!!! we get to see each other again! i hope you are as excited as we are!! during a-week, we will have 4 times that we are going to meet up and go to events together. in the works are FOUR MORE events during welcome weeks and into september. that's right. you aren't going to get rid of us this easily!!

we really encourage you to check out ALL of the a-week events. so much fun, food, friends, prizes, memories, all the things. but come to these meet ups too! say hi to camp staff, mentors, pals you haven't seen in a minute and meet peeps from other camps too!!
