Amy Casari, the Talent Acquisition Manager for Enterprise Holdings, spoke to students in two classes this past week. In the Retail seminar class, Amy spoke about the Consumer Experience and how Enterprise uses its values and mission to offer great customer service. She actively engaged students by breaking them into groups that instigated discussions about how both good and bad customer services are memorable and how great customer service retains customers for years. Additionally, Amy presented to the Retail You students about how they can be successful in their careers even with difficult bosses by understanding their perspective and responsibilities while working to become leaders. Thank you, Amy!
