The Cape Ann Rowing Club is the nonprofit organizer of the Blackburn Challenge and Essex River Race.
The Blackburn Challenge is a 20-mile open ocean race normally held in July, which circumnavigates the beautiful island of Cape Ann, Massachusetts.
