Spin workouts are intense! Its the instructors job to lead you through class, but it's your job to listen to your body. It is OK to take a break during class. You can lower your resistance, spin your legs slowly, and drink some water. Ultimately you are in charge of your workout!
Lots of political stress and anticipation in the air this week... lets get rid of some of that stress on the bike!

We are curious...have you ever actually regretted a workout once its done? We often chat with clients who didn't feel like coming to class, but once its over they are so happy they made it a priority.
You are stronger than you think you are. You are strong enough to try! Join us this week for a class.

You may not be the fastest or strongest in your first few Spin classes. Thats OK! We encourage you to listen to your body and go your own speed. Take classes one at a time and eventually your body and mind will become stronger.

A Saturday Morning group ride before a big evening out is a great way to celebrate most anything! Our studio is big enough to host your next group event- message us today to coordinate!
Our studio is housed at 342 Market Ave SW Grand Rapids. It was built in 1925 and has a lot of great industrial character! The building is around 42,000 SF, and our studio is tucked into a corner of the space. It has a really unique vibe, and we would love for you to enjoy a piece of Grand Rapids history, while getting in a great workout!
