Yoga With Grace
A mindful approach to yoga that focuses on letting the student find their practice. Trauma Informed teacher that can provide a variety of practices.
I do group classes, workshops and private or personalized lessons.
Starting Sept. 10 I'll be hosting a new weekly class I'm calling Mindful Midlife Movement. A class for women particularly those in or near midlife (or however you define it), you'll find a place of sanctuary and a practice of mindful movements.
My location is inside a wellness center and classes will be a mixture of gentle yoga, mindfulness, and any other magic we conjure up as a group.
Classes will be beginner-friendly, body-inclusive, and welcoming to all women in that middle-life age range. To make these accessible to all I'm offering these at a special price of $15/person, per class. If you want to reach out to work out some other payment arrangement, I'm open to that too.
The only thing I request is that you sign up ahead of time :) and let me know if you can't make it.

These WOMEN not only are TEACHERS but you will go on a soulful journey with this program. They are trauma informed, culturally sensitive and educate you on the context of yoga from the roots to now. If you’re inclined to learn more or follow this path check them out.

Unite our thoughts with compassion. Unite our individuality to the oneness of all creation, and Unite your worldview to one of Interbeing, enchantment, and empathy.
Throughout this training you will be invited to Know Nothing, Bear Witness, and Take Action; as a sacred offering to live an ever more compassionate and embodied existence in an ever suffering world.

I'm finally in a place in my career to do yoga how I've always intended. With a trauma-informed practice that will allow others to find the space to heal.
Starting next week, I'll be offering small group and individual practices in my own space embedded within the wellness group at Michelle Rose Counseling.
It will be a slow start but I'll be offering regular small-group classes on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Individual classes will be available as well by appointment.

All you need is a quiet space with no distractions where you can stand and stretch out on the floor. No special equipment is necessary for the yoga practice. However, access to Zoom on a device will be needed.
Here's what you need to know:
🌟All classes start promptly at 6:30 pm ET and will run for about 60 minutes. This includes reflection time.
🌟If you can't join live - I can email you the class after.
🌟RSVP is required for each class you attend, but you can pick and pay per class.
