In collaboration with Just Swiss, Just Say Something provided a session on Aromatherapy Stress Management. Moms who have attended one of our parenting classes were invited to join others for a relaxing, sharing, body wellness, and connection session.

As we teach in our classes about self-care, we can project calm and mindfulness into our homes and daily lives.

Thanks to Lizeth Vidales for bringing us this wonderful experience!
