Upstate Armed Forces Day
The next Upstate Armed Forces Day Celebration will take place at American Legion on May 25, 2024 from 12 to 6pm. 421 snow Street in Greer
After the 2024 Armed Forces Day celebration and with great thanks to Bob Starliper, Post 215 American Legion, the AFD committee and many others, we have decided to not continue the celebration next year.
We honor all of the military SMs and their families for their service and sacrifice to our nation and the world and wish each and everyone a safe and happy homecoming.

The Suns outs and we're still on for Upstate Armed Forces Day / Memorial Day Celebration in Greer. 421 Snow Street. American Legion 12 to 6 pm. There will be food, vendors, 2 bands , a car show and raffles.
We are meeting in order to plan for AFD 2024. We would love to have you join us. Our next meeting will be noon on 17 August at https://www.facebook.com/americanlegion115, in Greer, SC. Contact Robert Starliper at [email protected] for details.

Randall Street from Trade Street to E. Poinsett Street, and Depot Street from Randall Street to in front of the Wild Ace parking lot will be closed on Sunday, May 21 from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. for the Upstate Armed Services Day Celebration. Please abide by the "no parking" signs that are already posted in this area.
The event takes place from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
