Suspects burglarized Sassafras Southern Bistro twice, police said The Greenville Police Department is asking for help identifying two individuals they say burglarized a downtown Greenville restaurant - twice.

🚨MISSING JUVENILE🚨

Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are currently searching for 15-year-old Carolina Alonzo-Lucas. Carolina was last seen at her residence located on Nature Trail, around 2:00 p.m., on 7/16/24.

Carolina was wearing an orange sweater and orange pants. Anyone who sees or has information regarding Carolina’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.

SHOOTING AT BAYMONT INN & SUITES

Authorities are conducting an investigation after a person was shot outside of the Baymont Inn and Suites at 31 Old Country Road.

Deputies were called to the hotel around 1:20 AM after the victim sustained a gunshot wound. Investigators are still working to gather more information including what led up to the shooting. The victim is reportedly stable.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Greenville at 23-CRIME.

The Greenville Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect connected to multiple incidents of peeping into windows and attempting to break into homes in the Cleveland St. area. If you have any information about this suspect's identity, please contact Detective Lloyd at 864-467-5371 or call our non-emergency number, 864-271-5333.

Missing 14-year-old last seen more than 3 months ago in Greenville Co. The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said they are searching for a missing teen last seen more than three months ago.

If you remember the Lego bandit, we wanted to update you that an arrest warrant has been issued in this case and the suspect has been identified as Jamie Spivey. This young man is on the run and hiding near Tuber City, NC.

Upstate man stabbed in head and torso Sunday morning Greenville County deputies are investigating an early morning stabbing and assault.

SHOOTING ON LAMONT LANE

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred at 104 Lamont Lane. Around 3:55 AN, Greenville County Communications received a 911 call regarding a verbal altercation that occurred between 2 males. Consequently, the suspect drew a firearm and discharged at least one round, striking the victim.

Upon deputies’ arrival, a male was discovered with at least one gunshot wound and was transported to the hospital, where he is currently being treated for his injuries.

The investigation is ongoing, and an active search for the male suspect is underway. Investigators request that anyone with information call Crime Stoppers of Greenville at 23-CRIME.

TENNESSEE ESCAPE CAPTURED IN GREENVILLE HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH MURDER OF MISSING MAN

Deputies: Missing man was murdered by escaped inmate caught in Upstate Deputies said an inmate who escaped custody in June has now been charged in connection with the homicide of a missing man.

****UPDATE: Dylan Thomas was located near East Wilburn Ave. and Somerset st., around 1 AM. Thomas was arrested and transported to the Greenville County Detention Center, where he is currently being held.

WANTED MAN CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS

Investigators are seeking help in locating a man they say has warrants for Attempted Murder and 1st degree Burglary.

32-year-old Dylan David Thomas has been on the run after investigators say he broke into a person’s house on Bagwell Circle earlier this morning. When the homeowner came home, Thomas fired at the victim but fortunately did not strike him.

Investigators were quickly able to identify Thomas as the suspect but have not been able to locate him since. Thomas is believed to be homeless and has ties from New York State.

Anyone who sees Thomas is asked to call 911 immediately. He is considered armed and dangerous.

The Greer Police Department is seeking assistance with locating Me’ Asia Davis. Me’ Asia, 16, was last seen June 9th leaving a residence on Tygerdale Lane in Greer. Ms. Davis is 5 ft. 7 in. & 150lbs. Her hair is black with pink & blonde coloring, & braids in the middle. She was last seen wearing a black top, black & white pj pants, & pink crocs. Me’ Asia was carrying black Adidas bag along with a black & white bag as she left in a white Tesla. Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are currently searching for 16-year-old Kleidy Yusmari Carrillo-Lucas.

Kleidy was last seen on 7/1/24 at a residence located on East 8th Street, around 6:00 a.m. She is described as a 5’9, 135lbs female with brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone who sees Kleidy or has information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call 911.

While we're excited to celebrate this 4th of July holiday - we wanted to share a few helpful tips to keep your furry friends safe! 🎆 Most of the time, fireworks and pets don't mix. Please be mindful that fireworks can scare pets and lead to them panicking and getting lost. Take action to make it a safe holiday for you dog. Make sure you keep your pet safe inside and please update your microchip information ASAP! More pets get lost on fireworks holidays than any other time of year.

The Mauldin Police Department Community Outreach Team is hosting an event to collect donations such as pet food, toys, supply’s, bedding, ect for animals in need. There are boxes placed at the following locations for donation collection: Mauldin Police Department, Mauldin Senior Center, Mauldin Sports Center, Mauldin Cultural Center and Mauldin Fire Station 45.
