Creating & enhancing our county with updated facilities and hosting events increase revenue for our local businesses.

Greenville County Offices will be closed July 4th in observance of Independence Day
REMINDER: Remittance of the hospitality tax collected during the January 2022 tax period is due February 21, 2022.
Any mailed forms and checks postdated after February 21, 2022 will be considered late and any online payments made after February 21, 2022 will be considered late.
Greenville County offices will be closed Monday January 17, 2022. Thank you!
REMINDER: Remittance of the hospitality tax collected during the December 2021 tax period is due January 20, 2022.
Any mailed forms and checks postdated after January 20, 2022 will be considered late and any online payments made after January 20, 2022 will be considered late.

As of August 1, 2021 Greenville County will no longer waive service fees for online hospitality tax payments

Greenville County Hospitality Tax is due today (Feb. 22, 2021).
Envelopes postmarked after today will be considered late and will be assessed the full 5% penalty!
Due to an error in printing the Hospitality Tax Booklets for 2021 for the filers with a monthly filing frequency. Greenville County has mailed a January 2021 form to all businesses with a monthly filing frequency.
If you have not yet received your form please email, [email protected], or call 864-467-7567 to have a form emailed to you.

DONT FORGET: Greenville County Hospitality Tax remittances are considered late if they are paid or postmarked AFTER the due date for the period reporting.
A 5% penalty per month or portion there of; based on the original amount of Hospitality Tax due, in addition to the Hospitality Tax
due must accompany all returns filed after the due date.
REMINDER: Hospitality Tax is due tomorrow, January 20, 2021 for the December 2020 tax period.

Fountain Inn, Greenville City, Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Travelers Rest all have a Hospitality Tax.
