Junior Sailors 🤝 Advancement Programs

As announced in NAVADMIN 111/24, the implementation of Command Advance to Position (CA2P) for Navy-wide ex*****on for advancement to E-5 and E-6 is now in effect.

In line with the billet-based advancement system, CA2P will give greater authority to commands to better shape their workforce and the U.S. Navy by developing and rewarding the most talented Sailors.

Announcing a timeline for AC/TAR Cycle 263 results! 👏

Quotas will be available on May 28, 2024, via MNHR release. The results will be available on May 29, 2024, to Triads via BOL and May 30, 2024, via MyNavy HR public release.
