Saturday, 9/02/23, we'll explore the anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder, how it moves, how it can move, and what to do when it's cranky. It's free for community members 🙌🏿🙌🏾🙌🏽🙌🏼🙌🏻 so hope to see you there!

To all of my movement teacher friends (dance, pilates, yoga, personal training and fitness) this book is AMAZING for giving you the insight, tools and actual exercises so that you have no fear when students tell you they have an injury or issue they are dealing with. Gwen Miller is a truly gifted healer and this book will give anyone that helps people feel better in their bodies the confidence to teach safe movement. I can not recommend it enough!
