Advanced Yoga - block on the head meditation 🤣 🧘‍♀️

William is out of town this weekend leaving the 7:00 AM timeslot open on Sunday 9/1. I thought it would be a lovely idea to pop in an offer a donation based of Meditation.

I will be offering gentle cues and guidance during the 60 minute meditation. Beginning with 10 minute centering and Breathwork, silence, and closing with 10 minute soundhealing.

Class is donation based. Please let me know if you plan to come. Thank you!

This Friday 6pm come in for a “Floating Soundbath”! Suspended from the ceiling in our cozy trapeze hammocks listen with your whole body to the sounds of chimes, rain sticks, drumming, Tibetan soundbowls & the multi layered Gongs~ all resident 16 inch, 30 inch, and 52 inch!
