Operatic tenor Matthew Polenzani stopped by Kent State University this past week to talk with our voice students. Join us at the Glausser School of Music, Kent State University, on April 11 at 3:30 PM in Ludwig Recital Hall for a special event featuring Matthew Polenzani!
Matthew Polenzani, one of the world’s most sought-after operatic lyric tenors, will be visiting to share his insights and experiences with music students.
With a stellar career spanning decades, Polenzani has graced prestigious stages, including his debut at the Met Opera in 1998. Renowned for his mastery of roles in Mozart, Donizetti, Verdi, and Bizet, he has captivated audiences worldwide.

I saw this this morning, and I had to repost. Made me think of all the wonderful people I have shared music with over the years. They were, and remain such an important part of my life. If you’re in band or choir or orchestra, don’t take this time for granted.
Congratulations to KSU Vocal Intesity on their selection to the quarterfinals of ICCAs this March. Everyone should be there to support our friends and our choral students who are involved in this great ensemble.
