Kingston Housing office is closed from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. today for staff software training. We apologize for any inconvenience. The dropboxes remain available at Rondout, Colonial, Wiltwyck and Brigham.

Our offices will be closed today from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. for staff training. There are drop boxes located at Rondout Gardens office, Colonial Gardens office, Wiltwyck Gardens Community Room, and Brigham Senior Housing Laundry room for your convenience. Maintenance will also be attending the training. For emergency work order ONLY, please contact the on-call numbers located in the pinned post at the top of this page. For all other work orders, please leave a message on our answering system and they will be handled as soon as possible after the training.

Due to inclement weather, the Kingston Housing Authority offices will be closing at 12:30 p.m. Our maintenance crews will be working to clear snow from sidewalks and roadways. They will only be handling emergency work orders during this time. If you have a maintenance emergency ONLY, please call 845-616-4402 or 845-616-4370, leave a message and a maintenance staff person will call you back.

Our offices will be closed on Monday, December 25th and Tuesday, December 26th.

2024 PHADA Scholarship program applications for high school seniors living in public and assisted housing at a PHADA member agency are available. Kingston Housing Authority is a PHADA member agency. Application deadline is January 26, 2024. Three scholarships will be awarded. Visit www.phada.org/Scholarship to complete and submit an application.

Kingston Housing Authority offices will be closing at 3:00 p.m. today. Our offices will be closed Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen on Monday, November 27th. We wish everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.

Our phones and internet are down. Spectrum is working on the outage. We hope to have service restored as quickly as possible.

The Kingston Housing Authority phone lines are currently down due to repair work on our lines. The lines should only be down briefly, but if you have a maintenance emergency and can't get through to the office, please call the maintenance emergency numbers pinned at the top of this page.

The Kingston Housing Authority has launched a new website. With this new website, residents will have access to a Tenant Portal that will allow residents to pay their rent by credit/debit cards and e-checks, put in work orders and view their receipts and statements among other tasks related to their tenancy.

In the coming days, you will be receiving a letter from the Housing Authority that provides you with your own unique code that you need to create your user profile for the portal, along with instructions on how to log into the portal.

In an effort to reduce paper, beginning June 1st, the Housing Authority will no longer mail monthly paper rental receipts. Residents will be able to access their account balance in real time through the portal.

The Kingston Housing Authority office will be closed today due to inclement weather and County Wide travel ban. Maintenance will be doing snow removal and emergency work orders ONLY today.

Due to a staff training, our offices will be closed from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26th. Our answering service will be on and our drop boxes are open. If you have a MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY ONLY between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, call 845-616-4402, leave a message and maintenance personnel will call you back. Thank you

Reminder: KHA offices will reopen to the public and residents beginning Monday, March 14th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Residents will be able to pay their rent, place work orders and conduct general business, but appointments will still be required to meet with individual Housing Management staff.
