MEET COACH ‼️🔥 Danielle is from Rancho Santa Margarita & grew up here in SoCal! She has her masters degree in exercise science from Concordia University Chicago. She played softball for most of her life - which is where she found her love for fitness and strength training! Her favorite food is grilled chicken & her favorite F45 workout is Miami Nights 💪🏼🔥
