Due to inclement weather and unsafe road conditions, Arkansas Spine and Pain & Central Arkansas Surgery Center will be closed once again on Wednesday January 17, 2024 at all locations.

We are working hard to reach each patient to reschedule all appointments from Monday - Wednesday. We have opened the Little Rock location on Friday January 19th to help with the load of rescheduled appointments. Our phones are on normal hours so please feel free to contact our office to assist with rescheduling.

Attention Little Rock Patients!

Our Little Rock office is without power. Several poles are down around the clinic due to an auto accident yesterday evening. Roads leading to three clinic are blocked as well. We have been told our power should be restored around 11am. We plan to open as soon as the power is restored. As we receive updates, We will post them here. Thank you

Update - The linemen are now saying 3pm before the power is restored in LR. All LR schedules are being rescheduled for today, 1/17/22. Little Rock will resume normal hours Tuesday 1/18/22. Conway, Jacksonville & White Hall locations are open normal hours today.

Michelle has been hard at work at our Conway and Searcy clinics since September of 2020. Michelle is very independent and is dedicated to making her patients come first. Arkansas Spine and Pain would like to congratulate Shree Henderson as our employee of the month for July 2021. Shree has been with ASAP for 11 years! WOW!

Shree works in our chart entries. When she is not working or having to settle down her kids; Sharee enjoys relaxing at home watching Netflix with a cold vanilla Dr. Pepper.

A fun fact about Shree is that her first name is actually Billie. The doctor told her mother she was a boy her entire pregnancy. "Needless to say I was named after my dad and I have two younger brothers name Billy."

What is something people don't know about you? "A strange thing people don't really know about me is that I CAN NOT watch unsolved mysteries TV shows by myself. I think the music scares me more than the show."
