Dr. Douglas Stokes graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Physics. He earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi College of Medicine in 1984.
Dr. Stokes did his Internal Medicine training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis from 1984-1987. He subsequently served as Instructor of Medicine from 1987-1990. He completed his training with a GI Fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He is also a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Dr. Stokes is married and has two children; he and his family attend Fellowship Church in Little Rock.

Dr. Jeff Robertson graduated from Mississippi College with a B.S. in Biological Sciences in 2008. He earned his medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2012 where he received the G. Gordon McHardy Gastroenterology Award. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama- Birmingham (UAB) in 2015. In 2018, Dr. Robertson completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Gastroenterology.
He is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Dr. Robertson and his wife are members of Fellowship Bible Church. He enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, traveling, and watching sporting events.

Dr. Angela K. Nutt joined GastroArkansas in 1999. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Dallas, graduating Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry and a B.A. in Biology. After graduating from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine in 1993 with honors in research, she completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine.
She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. She is also a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American College of Physicians, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. She has also been the President of the Arkansas Oklahoma Endoscopy Society and currently serves as Vice Chair of Gastroenterology at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.
Dr. Nutt is married and has three children: Joshua, Ann Marie, and Christina. She and her family attend Christ the King Church in Little Rock.
Other than her medical practice, she enjoys spending time with her children and being involved in their activities. She also enjoys running and cycling.
Dr. Nutt’s practice philosophy is to treat others the way she would want her own family treated – with care and compassion.
