Shoulder pain doesn't have to rob you from having a pain free life.
There are several ways to treat it. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home.
π Icing or heat (depends on the onset and how long is the injury) the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes three or four times a day for several days can help reduce pain.
πUse an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel because putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite and burn the skin.
πAnti-inflammatory medication and pain medications can help reduce pain and swelling in the joint.
πMove the shoulder with in the pain free range and not sleeping on it helps in some cases but it always advisable to be evaluated.
