Over the last few years, I have gone through the most challenging yet rewarding experience of getting a PhD. I have learned so much about the social work and implementation science fields but I have also learned so much about myself. I can honestly through this experience, I would not have been able to get through it without meditation. I spent many hours with my amazing meditation guides letting go of all the constraints and limitations I put on myself that have always affected my ability to succeed. I always compared myself to others and never felt good enough. This m**hod showed me how to let go and truly channel my potential. I am happy to say that with a clear mind, I was able to successfully complete my PhD but most importantly, enjoyed life during that journey. I am so grateful for the m**hod and urge everyone to try it out.
