Dia de Los Mu***os Assembly at TCS: Preschool to 8th grade students participated in our assembly this week by telling us about Ofrendas, what this Holiday means to them, and how we honor our ancestors in the Latinx community. Shout out to all the teachers and specially to teacher Ale and Hillary for leading us in these celebrations!

Service Learning at TCS:
3rd and Kinder buddies teamed up for a wonderful service learning opportunity. In partnership with "Hang Out Do Good" (https://www.hangoutdogood.com/), they made lunches for the Hollywood Food Coalition and had hands on learning about what this work meant for the unhoused community. They decorated bags last week and today, assembled the lunches together and packed them up for a wonderful cause. Thank you teachers, parents and of course, Kids!
