Congratulations to Aariona Neal! National Black MBA - Kentucky Chapter's new VP of LOT® and Executive Board Member.

Aariona Neal is a dedicated professional with a multifaceted career spanning education, community leadership, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Currently serving as a College and Career Coach with Everybody Counts at the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet's Educational Programs, she is committed to guiding students towards fulfilling educational and career paths.

Simultaneously, Aariona Neal is deeply involved in community engagement, holding the position of National Black MBA Association® Kentucky Chapter Leaders of Tomorrow® Alumni Director. This role allows her to mentor and empower future leaders within the community.

In addition to these roles, Aariona Neal channels her entrepreneurial spirit as the Social Media Marketing Manager with Seamoss by J. Cortez, leveraging digital platforms to promote wellness and vitality. With certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Basic Life Skills, Aariona Neal brings a diverse skill set to her endeavors.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Education, she is passionate about instilling the belief in students that they can achieve their dreams, even if it diverges from the conventional path. Aariona Neal lives by the mantra, "You don’t get miracles out of mediocrity," embodying a commitment to excellence and innovation in all aspects of her professional and personal life.

These young ladies been rocking with me since I started my role in 2017 as Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow Vice President. They served roles as Student President, Vice President, Secretary, and Historian and were a great leadership team! Whenever I need them for anything related to KY LOT they coming through; no questions asked! Aariona & Alyssia (a homeowner) graduated college in 2022 a year early and Carrington & Aaliyah graduates this year! I Love My Girls and each one are doing big things! Keep making me proud Tre Tre!

The Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow® Showcase is the culminating local event for the program year. This flagship event recognizes student accomplishments, announces scholarship recipients, and exhibits the hard work the case team has done in preparation for the National Business Case Competition to their family, friends, partners, and the community.
