Shouldn't the people we trust with our most precious make a living wage? A third of all full-time early learning teaching staff in Louisville have a TOTAL family income under $30,000.

We're highlighting challenges this vital sector faces in the just-released Louisville Early Learning Workforce Study. We MUST take action to make conditions better so our kids can thrive >> https://loom.ly/K4nAXP4
