Oh wow it’s been a long time since I took a minute to post. Really just want to let everyone know that I’m teaching one class a week on Friday evenings at 6pm. This Winter the class will be a Warm, Powerful, Slow Flow designed to help you let go of the week behind you and set your nervous system straight. It’s the perfect time to set the lights low, breathe, tap in and let go. Would love to see you- all levels welcome.

This Friday is officially my last class teaching at Yoga East. Would love to see you on your mat and share space with you.
